  • What size dumpsters are available?

    We offer three sizes of dumpsters to meet your needs: 15-yard, 20-yard, and 30-yard containers. These open-top, roll-off bins are equipped with a convenient gate at one end for easy loading. Our service area covers all of Middle Tennessee.
  • How much is a dumpster rental and how long can I keep the container?

    Our rental rates vary based on your location and include a standard seven-day rental period. The quoted price covers taxes and pickup fees. If you need an additional dumpster, we can swap out your full container for an empty one upon payment of the base rate.
  • How can I pay for my dumpster rental?

    We accept various payment methods including cash, checks, and major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please note that our drivers don't carry change. Any charges for extended rental periods will be calculated at the time of pickup.
  • Are there materials I cannot put in your dumpsters?

    Certain items are prohibited in our dumpsters, including refrigerators, tires, liquids, paints, oils, antifreeze, wet concrete, tube TVs, and batteries. We limit electronic items to two per bin. Our dumpsters have a four-ton weight limit. For heavy materials like concrete, rocks, dirt, or shingles, special arrangements are necessary.
  • May I fill the dumpster above the rim?

    To ensure safe transport, all waste must fit completely inside the dumpster. Our drivers need to secure the load with a tarp, so items extending above the container's rim will be removed and left at your site.
  • When will you pick up the dumpster? Do I have to schedule the pickup?

    You can select your preferred pickup date when placing your order or contact us when you're ready for collection. If you need to change the pickup date or time, please inform us at least one day before the originally scheduled pickup.
  • Where will the driver place the container on my jobsite or property?

    You'll need to provide placement instructions for our driver. We recommend using plywood to protect your driveway or lawn, as we're not liable for grass damage. For roadside placement, check local ordinances and obtain any required permits before delivery.
  • Do I have to be present for the delivery?

    Your presence isn't required for delivery or pickup if you've paid in advance and there are no obstacles that might hinder our driver's access to the designated placement area.
  • What are your business hours?

    Dumpstar Solutions operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and observe select holidays.
